The modernist design of the TR3 skyscraper is dedicated to functionality and technology,

According to the original scheme, which was never realised, the height of the skyscraper
would have been double and the building had been intended for state administration, which
is why its core is made of corbels from reinforced concrete. These corbels make the building

standards. Its own communication lines, conference infrastructure and services ensure its
autonomy, and an underground car park enables direct access to business premises. TR3
